Construction of a new BMX Club house on an existing landfill site to provide the club with new functional Amenities, Canteen and Admin space. Construction was slab on ground with structural frame with decorative finishes. The external finishes were constructed from decorative perforated screens with custom print designs and metal roof sheeting in combination with compressed fibre cement sheeting. Temporary facilities were provided for both the construction team and BMX Clubhouse members to keep the facility operational for the duration of the program.
