Construction of a new maintenance building and fuel store including a new structural steel building with Colorbond cladding and roof.               The new fuel store and refueling area for earth moving equipment is a low set building with Colorbond cladding. Half of the building is lockable for chemical storage and the other half is set up with 2 fuel pods for refueling equipment. The new maintenance building has new 27.6kw solar roof panels, office, lunchroom, kitchen, meeting room, toilets, showers, data room, store room, large tool room, outdoor eating area and undercover high bay drive through roof area. The site is completely fenced for security and all external pavement areas are fully concreted. The construction of both buildings was finished about 1.5 weeks ahead of the program and handed over to the council.
